If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or the appointment will be shortened whole service may not be performed. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so I can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- **Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.** - **No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.** If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of everyone, if you arrive sick or show symptoms, the service will not be provided, and 100% of the appointment fee will still be charged as I’ve set aside the time specifically for your session.
